Toyota’s new Urban Cruiser electric SUV
At present, Toyota company is very much in discussion in the Indian car market. Toyota is a leading Japanese automobile manufacturer. This car company is known in India for the reliability and build quality of its vehicles. Seeing the increasing demand for electric vehicles, now Toyota has also decided to launch its new electric SUV in India. Toyota company may soon launch its new Urban Cruiser EV in India.

Attractive and modern design
This car could be the electric incarnation of Toyota’s popular SUV Urban Cruiser Taisor. Till now the company has not given any official information regarding the launch of this car. But if some sources are to be believed, this car may be launched in India by 2025. It is being said that this car will be shown in the 2025 Brussels Motor Show which will be held in the month of January.
Sources tell us that the Urban Cruiser EV’s design will be like the Maruti Suzuki Vitara. This car has a big grill and headlights, black-coloured cladding, and is expected to come with 18- and 19-inch aero wheels in India. It also has upgraded tail lights and a spoiler. This car can be available in many attractive colour options, including a dual-tone option with a black roof.
Powerful performance and battery options
You can get two types of battery options in the Toyota Urban Cruiser EV: 49 kWh and 61 kWh. Where the 49 kWh battery will generate 144 hp power and 189 Nm peak torque in this car. On the other hand, the 61 kWh battery will generate 174 hp power and 189 Nm peak torque in this car. You can also see an all-wheel drive variant in this car which will come with a 61 kWh battery. Power of 184 hp and peak torque of 300 Nm will be seen in this variant.

Modern and practical features
The same design as Suzuki’s e Vitara can be seen in Toyota’s urban Cruiser EV. This car can come with a digital instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. We may see a wireless charging pad and electronic parking brake in the Cruiser EV. It is expected that this car will come with a JBL sound system, sunroof and flexible rear seat.
